This page describes the ways to get support for your problems with TreeCel.If your problem is with a TreeCel codesheet, please have a good look at the example codesheets provided with TreeCel (Help | Examples). You may be able to find a part of an example which shows you what to do.
Your first port of call is the Forum - here you will find the questions that other people have asked and be able to benefit from the answers they got.
You will also be able to post questions of your own. We make every effort to monitor the forum and answer your questions on a daily basis.
Please bear in mind that others may not be in the same time zone as yourself.
